Our family had a great two-week stay at the resort, enjoying the clean and spacious rooms and the variety of dining options available. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service, particularly in the VIP section. However, there were some downsides such as slow check-in and the need for better air conditioning in the buffet area.

I had an incredible time at this resort! The beach was stunning, and the staff really made the experience fun and lively. Our room was spacious with an amazing ocean view, which I absolutely loved. However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, and I had a terrible experience with room service.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms initially had major issues, and while I did encounter some helpful staff, overall, the customer service was lacking. Although I appreciated the efforts of a few individuals, the dining experience and accommodations left much to be desired. The positives included some staff members who genuinely care about guests, but the issues we faced were disappointing and shouldn't be overlooked.

The check-in process was frustratingly long, and the beach area felt cramped due to sections being reserved for VIP guests. The quality of the rooms was subpar, which overshadowed some positives like the decent food options.

The hotel has its pros and cons. On the positive side, the rooms are surprisingly clean with modern amenities, and I really loved the breakfast offerings. However, I faced some issues with service, and the overall dining quality could definitely improve. The facilities were decent, but there were areas that could use more attention.
